Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

You win by drawing your entire Deck in 1 turn (activating "One Day of Peace" somewhere in the process), then activating "Afterglow" to return it as the sole card in your Deck, then activating "Reversal Quiz" calling Spell. Cue the Raiden x Senator Armstrong pummeling .gif for the following turn.

Some niche notes for mastering the Deck:

  • To activate "Reversal Quiz", you must control 1 other card and 1 other card in your hand (its activation cost must send from BOTH your hand and field). If you control a Token, you can't activate Quiz, because the Token can't be sent to the GY as a cost. So link off any remaining Token (like "Primal Being Token") into "Link Spider".
  • After confirming the top card of your Deck with "Reversal Quiz", the Deck is then shuffled. Normally this doesn't happen, since you normally only have 1 card left in your Deck. But if you're in a pinch, don't immediately surrender if you reveal something other than "Afterglow"; there's still a chance you'll draw it next turn.
  • During the Duel, ideally before activating any copies of "Chicken Game", you want to activate "Extra-Foolish Burial" first. This is because you get the lowest possible LP to swap with your opponent this way (1000 LP), making it difficult for your opponent to regain LP to survive Afterglow's 4000 damage. For every "Chicken Game" you use first, your opponent has 500 extra LP to play with (example with 1 Chicken Game: 8000 -> 7000 -> 3500 -> 2500 -> 1500 LP). LP recovery is rare, but again, these are niche notes.
  • "Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion" can potentially negate "Afterglow", so that's why "Surgical Striker - S.P.E.C.T.R.A." is needed at the very end. However, you can sometimes bait out "Belle" early with Kagari's effect (if you choose not to chainblock its effect with "Cursed Bamboo Sword"). Keep in mind that to activate "Hornet Drones", you must control no monsters in your Main Monster Zones, so if you don't use Link-3s, you must Chain your copies of "Hornet Drones" together.
  • Extra Deck choices will vary based on the event restrictions/meta. The "Charmer" Link Monsters normally gain access to "Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians" (whose effect enables a Link-4 Summon), but she was banned for this event.
  • If "One Day of Peace" is negated, you can still win. Normally your opponent will have 11000 LP (b/c of 3 "Upstart Goblin"), and at the end of your turn, you can use spare copies of "Chicken Game" to further increase the opponent's LP.
