Notes & Combos

I wanted to test Lunalight in the December Duelsit Cup. On the first day, I reached DLv 18 without any problems, I didn't lose once, but I almost fell from 17 to 16, if I'm not mistaken. On the second day, I had four consecutive losses, the third of which was a drop to level 17, but I recovered and quickly climbed to level 19. Now, at level 19, I'm stuck. Of course, I didn't drop and didn't even come close to it, but every time I was about to climb... negative variance... maybe. So I started tinkering with the deck. My initial list had 2 Belle, 3 Fuwallos, 2 Droll, and in the extra, I was using S:P — a card that was replaced by Avramax and that I missed in the match where I reached Dlv Max, but despite the recovery I had to make, I managed to win. Final thoughts on Lunalight: it's a deck that has no other game plan than to make Liger — or Protos, depending on the format — unlike Maliss, for example, where you have several options, several ways to win. Another disadvantage of Lunalight is that fusions can only be made with Lunalight monsters, unlike Shaddoll, Branded, and Dracotail fusions, for example. Third, it takes all the technology that Dracotail takes off the table. The deck is cool, but you'll lose some games and get annoyed, but it's possible to get Dlv Max, Master I, and Win Streaks of 7 or 9 in a row.
